How To Book

Bookings can be made through our website. 

Select your package, select your car and you will then be taken to a calendar of available dates and times.  

Deposit/Booking Fee

A 50% non-refundable deposit/booking fee is applicable when hiring your ride. This reserves your requested date, time and car and is payable at the time of booking your ride. Should your event be cancelled or you change your mind, this is not refundable. The booking fee is included in the hire fee.


Full hire payment can be made at any time prior to your event, however, it is required a minimum of one week before your event date. Your ride will not arrive until payment has been made in full. The booking fee will be deducted from the total owing.


Refunds will not be provided if the event is cancelled one week or less from the hire date. In every case, the booking fee is non-refundable. 

Hiring Times

Our rides are available for a minimum of two hours. (excluding our formal experience which is 90 minutes) The start time commences from the time that we pick you up, not when we leave our base. Should you be running late or be delayed in any way, this time is running from the start of your booking time.

Extra Time

If you need the car for a longer period of time, it will be charged in 15 minute increments on top of your hire time and is subject to availability.  We accommodate requests wherever we can.

The extra charges are at a discounted rate of $50 + GST per 15 minutes. 

If you paid by credit card, the same card will be charged for the extra time. If you paid by another method, an invoice will be sent for payment after the event. Any extra charges will be discussed on the day with the hirer. 


We please request that no food or drink is taken in the car. If food or drink is spilled in the car, this may incur a cleaning fee. (see fees below)

Any damage caused by any passengers to the cars will also be charged at cost.

Under no circumstances are any passengers allowed to drive the vehicle. A driver will be available to you at all times. All our drivers are fully licensed and our business is fully insured.

Passenger Expectations

Drivers are strictly instructed to stop the car if they deem any individual unfit to travel, which includes instances of unruly behavior, verbal abuse, intoxication, and damage.

The person responsible for booking acknowledges their liability for all charges resulting from damage or cleaning necessitated by the actions of both authorised and unauthorised passengers in the vehicle.

Cleaning Fees

Cleaning fees will be applied for spillages and damages inflicted upon any vehicle. The typical cost for cleaning the interior of our cars begins at $350 (or $550 for vomiting) subject to the severity of the damage. In addition to this, you will also be charged for any loss of a booking due to the vehicle being off the road for cleaning. These expenses will be charged to your credit card or invoiced accordingly. 

Mechanical Breakdown/Vehicle Access/Traffic

We maintain our cars to the highest standard mechanically and aesthetically, however due to the nature of vintage cars, sometimes mechanical issues may be out of our control.

Whilst we strive to ensure a timely arrival at your  destination, we cannot accept responsibility for delays resulting from factors beyond our control, such as heavy traffic or mechanical issues. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including mechanical breakdowns or other incidents, either prior to or during the booking, we will endeavor to provide a substitute vehicle or alternative mode of transportation if feasible. We retain the right to substitute a vehicle in emergency situations. No compensation will be provided in such instances.

We do not assume responsibility for any restrictions pertaining to vehicle access at any location.

Extreme Weather

In the event of extreme weather, we may be late or unable to arrive. If this happens our drivers will call you to let you know. We are passionate about our cars & protecting them from damage is of the utmost importance to us. In the rare event that this happens, a full refund will be offered (including the booking fee). Examples of an extreme weather include but are not limited to:

  1. Cyclones
  2. Hail
  3. Tornados
  4. Floods


Privacy Policy – Collection of your personal information
We do not collect personal information unless it is necessary for us to carry out our activities or functions and in providing assistance to our staff. You may provide us with personal information about yourselves or others each time you contact us. We may need to use this information to provide you with our services. We will only use and disclose your personal information for the primary purpose of our business which includes marketing and marketing material. The type of personal information that we collect is that which you tell us about yourself when you complete a form, an application, a survey, or an appraisal. If you do not provide us with your personal information, some services may be unavailable to you. If you do elect to provide us with your personal information, we will protect it in accordance with the National Privacy Principles.

How we use your personal information

We use your personal information in the following ways: To deliver the services you have requested as an example, to provide you with relevant information regarding a car that you have enquired about, to process a payment or to provide information regarding another one of our services you have requested. We may forward to you periodic mailings and emails containing information on new services which we think you will find interesting. If at any stage you decide that you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by following the Opt-Out procedure below and we will ensure that your name is removed from the relevant list. Other than as stated in this Statement, we do not sell or otherwise disclose your personal information to other non-related organisations without your prior consent.

Opt-Out / Amend Procedure

You can opt-out from receiving marketing or promotional material from us by e-mail, mail or by telephone and asking to be removed from the mailing list. There are also unsubscribe options on marketing emails.

Access to your personal information

You can access your personal information by contacting us by e-mail, mail or by telephone directly. If you wish to amend your personal information because it is out of date or incorrect, or if you wish your personal information to be deleted from our database, please let us know.

We use all reasonable endeavours to keep your personal information secure, accurate and up to date. Changes to the Statement We reserve the right to amend or update this Statement so long as no change or amendment has a retrospective detrimental effect to your privacy rights.
